I thought back to my first boyfriend and realized that each one taught me a lesson in life. I've applied the lessons and I'm happy where I am now. I've made mistakes in the past and I've felt pain and I've caused pain in the past.
I'm lucky that I can say I appreciate "Love", I realized there are others that will never or won't find the concept and the point of love. I can't define love because everyone sees it differently. I know love hurts and it causes deep scars but the same way love can hurt it can also cure. Just gotta find your definition of love, the way you want your significant other to accept you as you are you should accept them completely especially their flaws. You can't change a person but if you're open minded and try to improve yourself they will also.
